If I could walk through using a computer and allow the needed applications which would then save this information back to a template, that would be better. And I'm struggling to find what specifically is being blocked within that windows service to manually create an exception. I'm also experiencing and issue where the Avast firewall is preventing windows services from starting properly.


And I have to add them one at a time, no bulk upload. This is assuming I can even find the path to the executable blocked. The only way to do so is to go find the entire path of the executable blocked, then add that in manually for each of my device settings (which is 7 templates as of right now). For example right now there are anywhere between 30 and 50 applications that are being blocked by the Avast Firewall that I need to allow. Thanks for the reply Peter, but that method of managing the application rules for the firewall is cumbersome.
